Retrying authorization

When I start zerynth appears “Retrying authorization…” and doesn’t find any device also if I connect one.
When I try to see my profile and assets appears “Error while loading profile! 3221225477”.
Please help me I tried everything!

For troubleshooting could you give me this information :

  • the OS used
  • version of Zerynth studio
  • running on native or on virtual machine?
  • what is the status of the installer, installation succedded or resulted in errors?
  • the log of the installer if there is errors during installation.
