I’ve just received my Hexiwear and have an issue during the Register process (message “Please reset the device”). Since I’ve made the reset operation as requested, screen don’t wake up and the flash light is always on. Battery is loaded. What should I do ?
which platform are you using?
If you click the info button (“i” icon) the port and disk fields are None or you can see a serial port and a mass storage?

I’m on MacOS Sierra. The device is not recognize anymore, so info button is disabled.
