Disable log/error messages?

Hello. How can I disable the log and error messages? For example, when I power on my Zerynth device, I receive this message:

2016 00:22:57

rst:0x1 (POWERON_RESET),boot:0x13 (SPI_FAST_FLASH_BOOT)
configsip: 0, SPIWP:0xee

E (32) boot: OTA: -1/-1 -1/-1 -1/-4
E (32) boot: Invalid ota, returning default vm 0
E (33) boot: Starting vm 0

I want to disable this kind of message, is possible? I’m also getting error messages when, for example, I remove the SD card:

E (27999) sdmmc_cmd: sdmmc_write_sectors_dma: sdmmc_send_cmd returned 0x107

I want to disable this too

Hi @Nysix,

AFAIK the power on messages cannot be disabled, but the traces for exceptions that reach the virtual machine and hard faults can be: the set_option method in the vm module can be used for that:

import vm
# Set virtual machine options
# 0/1 to DO NOT / DO print trace on hard fault.
vm.set_option(vm.VM_OPT_TRACE_ON_HARDFAULT ,0)
# 0/1 to DO NOT / DO print trace on uncaught exception.
vm.set_option(vm.VM_OPT_TRACE_ON_EXCEPTION,0)

Hope this helps!

Hello @NicolasDiaz. Thank you for your help. But I’m still receiving the message:

 E (27999) sdmmc_cmd: sdmmc_write_sectors_dma: sdmmc_send_cmd returned 0x107

when I remove the SD Card

Hi @Nysix
Sorry for the delayed reply, Unfortunately, these POWERON messages cannot be disabled by the developer/user.
