An error with FOTA feature

Hi Zerynth Support team!

How are you?
I hope you’re ok and not too impacted by COVID-19.

I added Fota feature to my firmware.
The compile and -J link command are Ok, but the job failed with the last command.

I have tried all day long, but Fota is not working at all.

Besides, as you can see, “Guru Meditation Error: Core 0 panic’ed (StoreProhibited). Exception was unhandled.” always occurs.

I want to tell you that I am working on two PCs.
One is connected to the board. Zerynth2.4.2 version has been installed on this pc.
I am giving the fota commands from another PC. There is the code to be loaded using fota on this PC. Zerynth2.4.3-base version has been installed on this pc.
But I don’t think it’s an issue.

Looking forward to hear a good solution from you as soon as possible!
Thanks in advance.

Anatoli.

Hi @Anatoli_Juny

Since you’re using the latest version of Zerynth studio, it’s much easier to use Zerynth device manager in your OTA updates.
Zerynth device manager will handle all of the back end details of the device, you just compile and upload the compiled bytecode sectors.
Try updating the firmware over ZDM with this guide, and let me know the results
